ABC Marketing and Stellar Lighting Products Warranty

Dear Valued Customer:

Below you will find our warranty policy to cover all ABC Marketing and Stellar Lighting Products. This also includes a summarized list of the labor rates that we will honor per category of product.

Length of Warranty: 2 Year Limited from Date of Retail Sale

Items not covered:

1. Condensation in the lamp. Some composite lights will show condensation at times due to the fact that they are not airtight. In heavy humidity or wide temperature variations in a given day, it is possible that there will be some condensation. This will generally “burn” off after the light is on for a short period of time.
2. Any physical damage to the light. This would include damage resulting from rocks/road debris, a physical collision with another object, or damage during installation of the light.
3. Burned out incandescent/halogen bulbs.

Return Procedure

1. Contact ABC Marketing to obtain an RGA number with instruction. The ABC Marketing part number and description of the issue/s is required. In general, pictures are helpful in moving the claims along swiftly.
2. Flexible LED strips and non-USA claim items do not need to be returned. Only pictures showing the product failing are required.
3. All other parts are to be returned to ABC Marketing, along with a copy of the claim. If the part contains sockets, bulbs, etc., those must be returned along with the light.

Failure to do so will result in the claim being denied

4. Once returned, ABC Marketing will test/review the product. If approved, a copy of the credit memo showing our coverage will be sent. See attached for the labor rate coverages per category of product.

Note: Because ABC Marketing does not require flexible LED strips or non-USA claim parts to be returned, any claimed freight charges incurred by shipping these items from the dealer to the OEM/Parts & Service Departments will be denied.
